We’re a Jersey-based non-profit organisation (NPO) that provides support, hope, and healing for young people and families facing mental and physical health challenges.
Our goal is to empower young people with confidence, well-being, and healthy habits.
What we do
Counselling and Wellbeing
- Counselling services tailored to address mental health challenges, emotional struggles, and family dynamics.
- Wellbeing programs focusing on mindfulness, stress management, and self-care strategies.
Mentoring and Coaching
- Individualised mentoring for young people to develop life skills, build confidence, and set personal and academic goals.
- Coaching programs for families to navigate challenges, improve relationships, and create stable environments.
Multi-Agency Collaboration
- Partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, social services, and community organisations to provide seamless and comprehensive support.
- Advocacy for young people and families to ensure their needs are prioritised across systems.
Community Outreach and Education
- Workshops and seminars to raise awareness about mental health, wellbeing, and resilience.
- Peer support groups to build a sense of belonging and shared understanding within the community.
- Creating new safe spaces for the young people of Jersey, with additional activities and therapeutic events.
